We're looking for someone trained in audiovisual communication to join our production and content team.
We need a designer able to create everything from digital graphics to stand and exhibition-space design.
PLEASE NOTE: This role requires at least three days a week in our Madrid office.
Degree in Design (Graphic, Industrial, Interior or similar), Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, or a related discipline.
Previous professional experience is not essential, although placements or academic projects related to events, spatial design or branding will be valued.
A versatile profile able to combine creative vision, technical thinking and strategic brand understanding.
A strong interest in temporary spaces, events and exhibition environments.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, with a willingness to work with modelling and technical drawing software.
Ability to adapt to different projects, clients and sectors.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate with production teams, suppliers and clients.
Excellent organisation and time management in deadline-driven environments.
Willingness to travel throughout Spain according to project and installation requirements.
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to continuous learning.

Concept design and development of creative proposals for trade fairs and events.
Design of modular and bespoke exhibition stands.
Conocimiento de materiales (madera, aluminio, PVC, textiles, metacrilato, etc.).
Integration of lighting, audiovisual systems and interactive elements.
Design focused on brand experience and the visitor journey.
Design compliant with venue regulations covering loads, height limits, evacuation and safety.
Production of technical drawings:
Plantas acotadas
Alzados y secciones
Detalles constructivos
Basic electrical plans
Production breakdown drawings.
Preparation of print-ready artwork for large-format production.
Coordination with production teams and installers.
SketchUp (widely used for exhibition stands)
3ds Max / Cinema 4D (advanced level)
Rhino (less common, but suitable)
V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape for rendering
AutoCAD (virtually essential)
Vectorworks (widely used in events and set design)
Adobe Illustrator
Photoshop
InDesign
Knowledge of pre-press and large-format printing
Basic knowledge of real-time rendering
Handling files for CNC production
Experience with BIM on large projects
