Back in 2020, we organised the First Coffee Break in the UNESPA Assembly Hall, on 28/01/20, with the participation of Jesús Jimeno, President of Legal Risk Lab, Juan Gaya, Risk Director of El Corte English, and Sonia Lecina, Insurance Inspector. During the Coffee Break, Sonia Lecina spoke, presenting risk management in the technological area as a trend in society for which we are not prepared, and where data hijacking, viruses, Trojans, malware and ransomware are here to stay. In a purely in-person event, S22 Digital carried out the organisation of the event, photography and recordings, as well as all the necessary digital communication. It was a cutting-edge event that highlighted the importance of algorithms for making decisions in what are known as roboadvisors.
