Benalmádena dressed up to host Benalmádena Fashion – Fashion Show, an event held on July 4th and 5th. This initiative focused on promoting local businesses and providing visibility for emerging and established designers.

On July 4th, the fashion show was dedicated to boosting local shopping, presenting the collections of 12 local brands. This event was key in encouraging consumption in local businesses, demonstrating the talent and creativity that exist in the community. The main objective was to encourage residents and visitors to support local designers and shops, thus strengthening Benalmádena’s economy.

Among the participating brands were Kemepongo, Lima Limón, Marivia, The Times, Dakota Modas, Imalu, Velvet, Tribeka, El Ropero de Sara, Amies, and Noelia Noelia. Each of these brands showcased their best designs, reflecting current trends and the rich diversity of styles present in the region.

July 5th was the big fashion event, featuring a runway show that included the highly anticipated collection by renowned designer Petro Valverde, as well as the Moda Florida collection, which focused on flamenco. The event also featured a competition for emerging designers, with five talented hopefuls participating, including Azahara Crisóstomo, Claudia Peris, LU POULAIN, and Sergio Rodríguez.

The day culminated with an awards ceremony and a celebratory cocktail party, allowing attendees to interact with the designers and celebrate the success of this significant event.
