Social Media for the 1st Congreso Familia Euskadi: Digital Communication Around the Event

As part of the 1st Congreso Familia Euskadi, S22 Digital handled the social media management associated with the event, supporting its communication before, during and after it took place.

The aim was to strengthen the Congress’s outreach, provide practical information to attendees and extend the reach of the content generated during the event.

The work included introductory pre-event posts, content about the programme and participants, informational messages, event coverage and follow-up posts designed to capture the main moments and conclusions.

During the Congress, social media acted as an active communication channel, useful for giving visibility to talks, panel discussions, institutional interventions and key moments.

This project reflects the importance of integrating digital communication into event organisation, not only as a dissemination tool but as an essential part of the audience’s experience.
