Barcelona hosted a new edition of Seafood, one of the leading international trade shows of the food supply chain. And S22 Digital was there, working alongside FUNDAE and the Comisión Paritaria Sectorial de la Industria del Frío Industrial (the Industrial Refrigeration Sector Joint Committee).
Our work on this occasion was twofold: managing the communication and digital presence of the CPS Frío Industrial at the trade show, and designing the stand and outreach materials that accompanied its participation.
A strategic industry that needs visibility
The industrial refrigeration industry is a key part of the supply chain. Without it, food does not arrive, food logistics do not work, and safety in distribution is not guaranteed. And yet, it is a sector with little visibility in public debate, with a growing demand for qualified labour and an urgent need for continuous training throughout working life.
Seafood 2026 was a perfect opportunity to change that: to bring to the heart of an international trade show the message that this sector exists, matters and needs talent.
A collective project
The participation brought together key players in the sector: CCOO de Industria, ALDEFE, UGT, the SEPE and the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy, together with the FUNDAE team. A joint effort that reflects exactly the spirit of the joint committees: employers, unions and institutions working in the same direction.
At S22 Digital, we feel part of that collective effort. Because communicating well is not just about designing nice materials or posting on social media: it is about understanding the sector, knowing the people who drive it and helping their work reach further.
