S22 Digital Successfully Completes the Organisation of the 40th National Congress of Transplant Coordinators (Mallorca, Balearic Islands)

At S22 Digital, we have successfully completed the organisation of the 40th National Congress of Transplant Coordinators, one of the leading events in the healthcare field in Spain, held from 22 to 24 April in Palma de Mallorca.

This congress, now in its fortieth edition, is establishing itself as a key space for the exchange of knowledge, scientific updating and the creation of synergies among professionals dedicated to organ donation and transplantation. Over three intense days, transplant coordinators, medical teams, healthcare managers and sector experts came together to address the main challenges and advances in this strategic area for the health system.

The scientific programme offered a broad and up-to-date view of the sector’s reality, with sessions focused on optimising donation processes, broadening the donor profile, technological innovation applied to transplants and the ethical and communication aspects surrounding this activity. Emerging topics were also addressed, such as the use of artificial intelligence in clinical decision-making and the improvement of coordination between multidisciplinary teams.

From an organisational point of view, the event required comprehensive planning covering everything from the management of registrations and accreditations to logistical coordination, the attendee experience and the technical execution of the congress. At S22 Digital, we worked to ensure a smooth, accessible environment aligned with the quality standards that an event of these characteristics demands.
