Permanent Augmented Reality Tourist Point

Last Updated on 18 de July de 2026 by S22 Digital

At S22 Digital, we have developed a permanent augmented reality tourist point for the Centro de Interpretación de Carmona, starring Pipo, the mascot of the Carmona Sunflowers project.

This initiative incorporates augmented reality technology as a tool for tourism, educational and experiential communication, allowing visitors and families to discover the area in a closer, more visual and interactive way.

A New Permanent Resource for Visitors

The augmented reality point installed at the Centro de Interpretación de Carmona enriches the visit through digital content integrated into the physical space. Through this experience, Pipo acts as a guide and narrative element, helping to connect the public with the identity of the Girasoles de Carmona project and to offer an accessible, intuitive and appealing experience for different types of audiences.

Visitors do not just receive information; they interact with content designed to create lasting memories, participation and an emotional connection with the surroundings.

Pipo as a Guide to Carmona Sunflowers Universe

Pipo is establishing himself as a key character within the Sunflowers of Carmona project. His inclusion in a permanent augmented reality tourist point reinforces his role as mascot, guide and communication resource.

Thanks to this experience, Pipo is no longer merely a graphic figure but becomes an active element within the tourist route, bringing the project’s content closer in a friendlier and more memorable way.

Tourism Innovation with Its Own Identity

At S22 Digital, we have worked on the design and development of this solution by combining creativity, technology and territorial communication. The goal has been to create a useful resource for the Centro de Interpretación de Carmona, capable of adding real value to the visitor experience.

This project shows how augmented reality can be applied to local tourism in a practical, permanent and user-oriented way.

With this new augmented reality tourist point, Carmona gains an innovative tool to communicate its identity, strengthen the Sunflowers ofCarmona project and offer its visitors a more participatory, visual and distinctive experience.
