S22 Digital organised and coordinated the participation of the Comisión Paritaria Sectorial de Industria Química (Chemical Industry Sector Joint Committee) at Eco Chemical Solutions 2025, held from 11 to 13 November 2025 at Feria Valencia. The event, promoted by QUIMACOVA, established itself as one of the most relevant sector gatherings for addressing innovation, sustainability, the circular economy and the transformation of the chemical industry.
The Committee’s presence at this event helped reinforce the role of professional training as a strategic tool to support the evolution of the chemical sector. In a context marked by new environmental requirements, technological advances, regulatory changes and more sustainable industrial processes, the qualification of workers has become a key factor for the competitiveness of companies.
The Chemical Industry Sector Joint Committee, made up of the most representative business and trade union organisations in the sector, works on identifying training needs, defining sector priorities and promoting a training offer adapted to the productive reality. Its work is especially relevant in a sector moving towards more efficient, safe and sustainable production models.
As part of Eco Chemical Solutions 2025, the Committee was able to bring its activity closer to companies, professionals, training bodies and stakeholders linked to the chemical industry. The trade show offered an ideal space for connecting training, innovation and sustainability, focusing on the sector’s current challenges: the ecological transition, process digitalisation, industrial safety, the circular economy and adaptation to new professional profiles.
S22 Digital worked on the organisation, coordination and development of this initiative, facilitating the Committee’s presence in a high-value sector environment. The aim was to contribute to the dissemination of the available training programmes, to highlight the importance of collaboration between business and trade union stakeholders, and to reinforce the message that training is an essential lever for tackling the changes in the chemical industry.
Participation in Eco Chemical Solutions 2025 made it possible to convey a clear message to the sector: industrial transformation does not depend solely on technology, but also on the people who make it possible. Training, requalification and the ongoing updating of skills are fundamental elements for moving towards a more competitive, innovative and sustainable chemical industry.
