ASTICNET 2022, Towards a More Innovative AGE

ASTIC held the ASTICNET2022 event after two years without it due to COVID-19, discussing the future of Public Administration and its digitalisation process. During these sessions, various topics related to the digital transformation of the Administration were addressed, such as process automation, improving efficiency and reducing costs through the use of digital technologies, the modernisation of public services through digitalisation, and citizen services through digital channels.
