Today we carried out the #evento of #mujereslideres with Minister Nadia Calviño. It was the first of the conferences in the Women Leadership series. Without a doubt, the future has a woman’s name. At S22 Digital it has been a source of pride to organise, communicate and broadcast the event. A hybrid event in post-Covid times. The aim of the event was to make progress in reducing the gender gap in access to management positions in the General State Administration (AGE). That is why the programme was intended to be a meeting space in which professional women who hold positions of responsibility and senior management in the public sector, with very strong leadership, inspire the women professionals belonging to the senior corps of the AGE who hold technical positions to reach positions of responsibility. The first was held on 29 June 2021 and featured the participation of Nadia Calviño Santamaría, Second Vice-President of the Government and Minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
