The event Training in the Advertising Sector<\/strong>, organised by S22 Digital<\/strong> as part of the Fundae Sector Conferences<\/strong>, followed a carefully designed programme offering a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities in this professional field. The event began with an opening session<\/strong> that set out the sector’s current context. It highlighted the evolution of training strategies in a market where the need for specialised talent is increasingly urgent. Throughout the day, attendees took part in various talks and round tables<\/strong> addressing topics such as collaboration between universities and companies, attracting young talent and strategies to strengthen the relationship between the public and private sectors. Emphasis was placed on how companies can approach universities to identify and attract future professionals, as well as on the challenges that PhD holders and academics face in integrating into the business environment. Another highlight was the importance of technical careers<\/strong> in the sector. The speakers reflected on the role of each region in the global market, noting that “the United States invents, China produces and Europe regulates”. Although technical careers were valued, the need to train diverse profiles was also stressed, since not all professionals need to be engineers.<\/p>\n
