At S22 Digital, we have developed Smart Events<\/strong>, our own technological platform designed to improve the comprehensive management of in-person, hybrid and corporate events.<\/p>\n

Organising an event does not end with the call for participation or the technical production. It is increasingly important to have tools that make it possible to manage attendees, control access, analyse data in real time and obtain useful information to optimise future editions.<\/p>\n

With this goal, Smart Events was born: software developed entirely by S22 Digital to respond to the real needs of accreditation, attendance control and audience analysis.<\/p>\n

Digital Accreditation and Access Control<\/h2>\n

Smart Events makes it possible to manage the entire accreditation cycle of an event, from the generation of QR-code access passes.<\/p>\n

The platform facilitates the sending of digital tickets, validation via a physical reader or mobile device and real-time attendance tracking. This makes it possible to reduce waiting times, improve the visitor experience and offer more orderly management at the accreditation point.<\/p>\n
