Januar 2025 wurden die Embajadores Cinemas in Madrid zum Epizentrum einer Debatte und Reflexion \u00fcber die Herausforderungen und Chancen im Filmverleihsektor. Unter dem Titel \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/jornadasfundae.com\/event\/exhibicion-cinematografica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovation und Ausbildung im Bereich Filmvorf\u00fchrung: Herausforderungen und L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze<\/a>Die von der CPS (Spanische Konf\u00f6deration der Filmvorf\u00fchrungen) organisierte Veranstaltung brachte Experten, Fachleute und Vertreter der Wissenschaft zusammen, um Gegenwart und Zukunft der Filmbranche zu analysieren.<\/p>\n<p>Institutionelle Er\u00f6ffnung<\/p>\n<p>Die Veranstaltung begann um 9:30 Uhr mit einer Begr\u00fc\u00dfungsrede von Luis Gil, Pr\u00e4sident der CPS. In seiner Rede betonte er die Bedeutung von Weiterbildung als zentrales Instrument zur Bew\u00e4ltigung der technologischen und sozialen Herausforderungen der Branche sowie die Notwendigkeit, sich an die ver\u00e4nderten Konsumgewohnheiten des Publikums anzupassen.<\/p>\n<p>Erster Runder Tisch: Neue Herausforderungen im Bereich Weiterbildung in der Branche<\/p>\n<p>Unter der Moderation von Luis Gil bot dieser Runde Tisch einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die dr\u00e4ngendsten Herausforderungen im Bereich Weiterbildung in der Branche. Zu den Teilnehmern geh\u00f6rten Juan Garc\u00eda (ODEON Multicines), Fernando Lobo (Cines Embajadores) und Julio Navio Marco, Professor f\u00fcr digitale Kompetenzen an der UNED (Nationale Fernuniversit\u00e4t).<\/p>\n<p>Elena Neira, Expertin f\u00fcr Vertrieb und neue Technologien, analysierte g\u00e4ngige Mythen \u00fcber den Filmkonsum und dessen Entwicklung in den letzten Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Debatte beleuchtete auch die M\u00f6glichkeiten neuer Technologien zur Optimierung des Kinoerlebnisses \u2013 von der Personalisierung bis hin zur Entwicklung effektiverer Kampagnen zur Gewinnung neuer Zuschauer.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend leitete Luis Gil eine Podiumsdiskussion zur Rolle des Verbraucherschutzdienstes (CPS) im Bereich Schulungen. Rub\u00e9n Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Garc\u00eda (UGT) und Francisco J. P\u00e9rez Huertas (FSC-CCOO) schlossen sich ihm an und beleuchteten die Perspektive von Arbeitnehmern und Gewerkschaften, wie Schulungen an das Konsumverhalten angepasst werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am 16.
